Add-on Domain - an addon domain is a fully functional domain that can be created from within your control panel. Think of it as having multiple hosting packages all sharing the same control panel. You can give them email addresses, forwarders, and more the same way you do for your main domain on the account.
Apache - Apache HTTP Server is a webserver developed and maintained by The Apache Software Foundation. The stated objective of Apache is to create an open source HTTP server that will run on any modern operating system and hardware.
ASP - Active Server Pages or ASP, as it is more commonly known, is a technology that enables you to make dynamic and interactive web pages. ASP uses server-side scripting to dynamically produce web pages that are not affected by the type of browser the web site visitor is using.
Auto Responder - an, autoresponder is a great tool to have for your website. It is basically there to provide customers with understanding that their email was received.
CSS - Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) is a simple mechanism for adding style (eg fonts, colors, spacing) to Web documents.
FTP - a means of transferring or sharing files across the Internet from one computer system to another.
Javascript - a programming language. Javascript was engineered with the intention of creating a method of manipulating webpages on a user's computer, without the need for refreshing the page.
LAMP - an open source Web development platform based on Linux, Apache, MySQL, and PHP.
Parked Domain - a secondary domains that you point to your account. They will display the same content as your primary domain, and otherwise function as an exact copy of the primary domain. Parked domains are often used by businesses that want to have more than one web address for advertising purposes.
POP3 - or Post Office Protocol 3, lets you download messages from your website server onto your computer so you can access your mail with a program like Microsoft Outlook Express, even when you aren't connected to the Internet.
Sub Domain - "www.domain.com" is a domain name. A subdomain is anything that replaces the "www" in a domain name. Example, "forum.domain.com" is a subdomain.
